Come Out for a Cause – Golf Outing to Benefit Living Waters

Sep 24, 2020 | Blog

Living Waters is ready for its 2020 Golf Classic next week, September 30 at the beautiful Rock Hill Country Club in Manorville, New York, beginning at 8:30am. The classic is the major annual benefit held for Living Waters Therapeutic Catholic Counseling. Although many golf outings have been cancelled or moved to a virtual format, this event promises to give all attendees a relaxing, congenial experience in person, while maintaining social distancing and the required health precautions.

Neil King is a member of the planning committee for the event, and his family of King O’Rourke Cadillac is pleased to be one of this year’s sponsors. Neil notes “Golf is a great way to develop relationships and network, to make friends while doing business. And social distancing is easy to do with golf; it’s outdoors, and if you need to avoid close contact, you can use a hand cart, or a one-person golf cart, and still enjoy the day.”

He continues, “This is also for a great cause, with Living Waters. In times like these, helping others through therapy and focusing on mental health is more important than ever.”

The Golf Classic features a day of golf with a schedule including full breakfast, lunch, on course food and beverages, and dinner with a cocktail hour and open bar.

Packages and sponsorships are available; for more information and to register, contact Rose or Nicole at (631) 271-0913, or Christine Armanno at (516) 526-0512, or visit https://livingwaterstherapy.org/
