Living Waters Partners with Parishes for Free Sessions
Living Waters Catholic Therapeutic Counseling, one of the only Catholic-centric practices on Long Island, is offering free sessions for a limited time for anyone concerned with resuming their life in the midst of Covid-19.
Featured on CFN – Catholic Faith Network – Living Waters is currently working with the parishes of St. Francis of Assisi in Greenlawn and St. Elizabeth in Melville, along with clients from other congregations. Founder Carol Rubano, LCSW-R, ACSW is available to speak with clergy and parishioners about free, private counseling with licensed therapists on staff to help anyone who would benefit from talking to someone about their concerns in these challenging times.
When Carol opened Living Waters more than 20 years ago, she found that the spiritual dimension of therapy required equal attention, yet was often missing with traditional therapy. The caring staff of counselors are trained in a range of specialties to ensure clients are paired with someone uniquely qualified to address their personal concerns from a pastoral perspective.
An integrated Wholeness Approach offers complete therapy of the intellectual, emotional, body and spirit, rooted in prayer and Catholic traditions. Counselors use prayer and faith for those who are open to it, and work with each person on spiritual development at their own comfortable pace. The goal is for everyone to become their most authentic self.
Contact Living Waters for a confidential conversation, or to make an appointment at (631) 271-0913, or via email to carol@livingwaterstherapy.org.
