A New Life

A New Life

After Jesus appears to Mary Magdalene, she hurriedly ran to joyfully shout to the Apostles “He is Risen” “He is Risen”!

Personalized support made easy!

Come experience the wholeness approach at Living Waters Therapeutic Catholic Counseling, offering psychological healing with spiritual guidance. Discover true wisdom and a sense of peace while drawing closer to God’s healing love.

As we all have experienced anxiety and fear over the global pandemic COVID-19, we want to reach out to you to discuss the Telemental Health opportunities via Skype, Zoom, or other platforms you are able to access. We’re here to help you with loneliness and anxiety, and to remind you that you are not alone. During this time of uncertainty, draw closer to God and keep your eyes fixed on Christ. We are here for you, and praying for you and your loved ones.

The Modalities of Healing

We use an integrated, Wholeness Approach to offer complete healing of the intellectual, emotional, body and spirit of each individual which is rooted in prayer & Catholic traditions.

The Intellectual
cognitive behavioral therapy
insight-oriented
goal-oriented

Intellectual development, the use of reason, typically begins at six years old and continues throughout one’s life. The purpose of the intellect is for survival and the use of good judgment.

The Emotional
EMDR
inner child work
psychodynamic
The purpose of emotional maturity is to have a sense of pragmatism and realism. Emotionally mature people take responsibility for their own behavior.
The BODY
stomaticization
Physical development begins in utero and  continues into late adolescence. The purpose of physical development involves control over one’s body and physical condition.
The Spirit
prayer

Spiritual development becomes more prominent in adolescence and continues to develop through a person’s life. The purpose of spiritual development is to understand who we are and how we relate to self and others.
It becomes the guiding principle in a person’s life.

Blessings! Carol here.

Founder and Director of Living Waters Counseling, LCSW-R, ACSW

She has 30 years’ experience in the clinical field. Her vast experience in the field based upon her previous career as a teacher, and through the gift of her faith, has allowed her to see and hear with a third ear. Carol zeros in on the interphysic problem of an individual quickly and accurately. Carol models for the organization an example of keeping one’s heart open to the workings of the Spirit. She does presentations to help others understand the deep connection between the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual parts of self. In this understanding, comes a more balanced sense of self and a greater ability to be fully present to self and others.

Our Ethos

Develop spiritually.

The inability to develop spiritually leads to lack of fulfillment, confusion and emptiness.  The development of it leads to true wisdom and a sense of peace.

Living Waters provides services to help the individual heal through God’s love so they can become closer to Him. Our counselors are licensed practitioners who are rooted in prayer and are able to incorporate psychological healing with spiritual guidance.

No lasting or deep healing can occur without a combination of all four quadrants. Fill out our match system questionnaire below for your free consultation.
